We are excited to offer an opportunity for faculty who are interested in health professions education as a career to apply for the 2020 cohort of the Certificate in Health Professions Education & Teaching program.
The Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) honor medical society elects a small number of residents and fellows each year who exemplify the qualities of scholastic performance, leadership, fairness in dealing with colleagues, compassion for others, integrity of character, and service to the school and community at large. As you know, membership in AOA is a distinction that accompanies a physician throughout his or her career.
Duke University School of Medicine is soliciting nominations for the Master Clinician/Teacher Award, which is a class of awards to faculty that has been created for the purpose of honoring individuals for superlative accomplishment and service in the area of Medical School/Medical Center teaching.
We all have the power to do something good for someone else. One small thing can change someone’s life or even save it.
Four new assistant directors have been named for the Duke Interprofessional Education & Care Center and will begin on January 1, 2020.
