Nick Hudak has been selected as one of three Research Fellows by the Physician Assistant Association (PAEA) and the American Academy of PAs (AAPA). This one-year program provides a substantial investment to strengthen the research skills and productivity of qualified PA faculty to conduct high-quality, publishable research as well as build a pipeline of PA leaders in research. During the fellowship, Mr. Hudak will study the relationships between institutional policy factors and the frequency at which PA students report mistreatment to their programs. This study will establish an evidence base to inform policy-driven practices to better support students and improve clinical learning environments. More details are available at: https://paeaonline.org/resources/public-resources/paea-news/new-aapa-paea-research-fellows-tackle-representation-in-pa-education-and-profession
