The Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) honor medical society elects a small number of residents and fellows each year who exemplify the qualities of scholastic performance, leadership, fairness in dealing with colleagues, compassion for others, integrity of character, and service to the school and community at large. As you know, membership in AOA is a distinction that accompanies a physician throughout his or her career.
It is that time of the year again to nominate residents and fellows who you feel should be considered for election into AOA. For the nominees you select, please send a letter of support and a copy of the nominee’s CV in a pdf file to Karen Tesoriero at karen.tesoriero@duke.edu or fax the documentation to 919-681-8911 by February 28, 2020.
