Duke AHEAD is now accepting nominations for the Interprofessional Education Excellence awards, which honors both teams and individuals for extraordinary accomplishments and service in interprofessional education and care. Nominees must be Duke AHEAD members and can be individuals or interprofessional teams.
The review committee members along with the Associate Dean of Duke AHEAD (Dr. Diana McNeill) will determine the recipients of these awards.
To streamline the nomination process and to allow it to remain nominator-friendly, we now request that you submit a one page (no more) nomination via e-mail, stating why your nominee or team of nominees is deserving of this award for excellence in interprofessional health professions education. One individual and one interprofessional team will be selected to receive this award which includes a plaque and monetary award.
Please submit the letters to Kristin Dickerson at kristin.dickerson@duke.edu. Letters must be received by 3/1 and nominees and recipients will be honored at Duke AHEAD’s annual Education Day on 3/24/2023.
