Widespread organizational and societal changes resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic have made stress management knowledge and skills more important than ever. Using the Stress First Aid framework, you can learn how to identify stress reactions in yourself and others, reduce the risk for stress injury, and promote coping and resilience among individuals and groups in social, occupational, and academic settings. Join the DUSON Institute for Educational Excellence and Sean Convoy, DNP, PMHNP-BC, for an in-person training series of four lunchtime workshops exploring the Stress First Aid framework. Registration is now open for the first session on Tuesday, February 15, from 12 to 1 p.m. in Pearson 1014. Please note that attendance at all training sessions – which are set for 2/15, 3/15, 4/5, and 5/17 – is required in order to receive continuing education credit.
