Education Grand Rounds : Post Partum Partners

Open to faculty and staff in School of Medicine + School of Nursing. Objectives: 1. Explore the origins, development, and goals of the program, highlighting its emphasis on interprofessional teamwork and community engagement to understand the challenges and strengths of postpartum individuals and families. 2. Review the target audience and structure of the program and how both the didactic and service-learning components are relevant for diverse healthcare professions learners. 3. Analyze the measurable outcomes and impact of the program on interprofessional student education and community partnerships. 4. Describe definitions, best practices, and resources for service learning at Duke.
