Health Professions Educators are often lacking resources needed to advance educational research and scholarship. In recognition of this challenge, we are proud to announce the Duke AHEAD Supports Health Professions Educators (DASHE) program. DASHE Vouchers are designed to be used in a wide variety of ways by connecting our educators with high quality academic services that facilitate their engagement in scholarly work.
Duke AHEAD will offer vouchers for the following programs/services:
Executive Coaching
DOCR services (including but not limited to: REDCap build, project management assistance, poster design,
Biostatistical support
Editorial services
Travel Assistance (limited to registration fees, flight, hotel)
Library services
Vouchers will be awarded for services up to $2,000. Members must meet with the desired service provider for an estimate of expenses prior to application submission.
Eligibility:
DASHE vouchers are available for all Duke AHEAD general members.
Important Dates:
Applications Open: June 2017
Deadline for pre-application meetings with service providers: July 2, 2017
Applications Close: July 9, 2017
Voucher Start: August, 2017
Voucher End: February 28, 2018
Applications are limited to one per person per cycle, with an overall limit of two vouchers across the life of the program.
