Associate Dean for Library Services Named
AHEAD Steering Committee Member, and Membership subcommittee chair, Patricia Thibodeau, MLS, MBA, Associate Dean for Medical Center Library Services and Archives, will be retiring effective March 31, 2017. Throughout her career, Pat has focused on the integration of technologies into information services and resources and the teaching of information management skills to students and health professions.
AHEAD to Sponsor Selected Nursing Transformation Conference Participants
The Transforming Nursing Education conference that is sponsored by the Duke University School of Nursing’s Institute for Education Excellence, and all are invited to attend. DUSON Center for Nursing Discovery Granted Accreditation
The Center for Nursing Discovery’s (CND) simulation program was granted accreditation by the Society for Simulation in Healthcare. The award will be presented at the annual IMSH conference in Orlando on Monday, January 30, 2017. Michele Kuszajewski and Margie Molloy along with other DUSON Faculty Members will be there to accept the award. This achievement was a group effort and one that the CND Staff and CND Advisory Board are proud of.
